Collaborative Divorce / Collaborative Law

Collaborative Divorce is an alternative approach to a traditional litigated divorce and to mediation. In Collaborative Divorce each spouse is represented by their own attorney. The attorneys agree not to litigate. Discovery proceedings are open and the couple works with a team to assist them through the divorce process. The team includes a divorce coach for each spouse, a neutral financial planner and if needed a child specialist. Collaborative Divorce enables a couple to have a say in the divorce process and allows the couple to divorce with dignity, civility and on terms that are fair.
